On clean skin, starting from the center of your forehead, use the large roller and roll slowly towards the ears. Repeat about 6 times over the same area. Use the small roller under the eyes and go from the corner of the eye to the ear. Same thing with cheeks. Start from the middle of your face and roll outwards. Roll from the chin area to your jaw and up to the ears. For the neck, start from the top and roll downwards towards the collar bone. You don’t need to apply any pressure.
